I purchased this cord to replace the short cord that comes on a new phone. I have owned it only two months, but so far, no problem with it. Satisfied.
When I found this one for a few pennies over three bucks and free shipping (prime), I had to go for it. I have a wall phone in my laundry room and did not like having to stay within 2 feet of the phone in order to use it. I also did not want to spend much to put a longer handset cord on there, either, especially since it is in the laundry room. Although another reviewer said it was not a good quality cord, I did not find that to be true. It is serving its intended purpose and doing so quite well.
Phone cord is good. Stays coiled nicely, but is really long when you need it. My Mom refuses to use a cordless phone, she loves this cord.
I was expecting a better quality, but is was not to be.The sellers were very pleasant, though.
I got so sick of those expensive cordless phones needing equally expensive batteries every two years or so, so I got rid of all the cordless phones in the house and replaced them with corded phones. Yes, they still make corded phones with caller id and answering machines included. Still, I needed to attach 25 foot cords to the phone, and now I have mobility as well.
